✔ Systems of Power: The people who energize the structures for Change Makers to thrive. They know which rules to challenge, which to reshape, and how to help others navigate systems to disrupt stagnation and ignite transformation.

They offer invitations for healing, prioritizing being over doing, both individually and in community. They lead by example, offering space, guidance and the courage to walk with you through your most vulnerable moments.

Now listen, we don’t ship these ourselves—our print partners do. Once your order is ready for pickup, you’ll get an automated shipping confirmation sent to the email you used at checkout. If the carrier provides a Track & Trace number, it’ll be in that email. But just know, sometimes it takes 1-2 days for tracking to update.

Can I Make Changes to My Order?

Sis, once you place your order, it moves fast—straight to our print partners. That means changes aren’t guaranteed. But if you catch it quick (like, real quick), reach out during business hours to the shipper (you'll access their information once you purchase) and they’ll see what’s possible. Felcia Ford & Co.™ has no ability to Address Changes.

If your order hasn’t gone to print yet, the shipper might be able to update your shipping address within the same region. But again, no promises—just reach out to them as soon as you can.

Final Sale Policy (Because We Gotta Keep It Clear)

Please Note: Felicia Ford & Co.™ have ZERO control over shipping, order changes, or refunds.

Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our print partners for production. This means:

• No refunds. All sales are final.
• No order modifications. We cannot change or cancel orders once they are in production.
• We do not control shipping. Our print partners handle fulfillment and work with various carriers worldwide.
• Tracking availability varies. If the carrier provides a Track & Trace number, it will be sent to the email used at checkout. However, some shipments may not include tracking.
• Shipping delays are beyond our control. Estimated shipping times are provided by our print partners and are subject to change, especially during high seasons.
• No discounts or price adjustments. The price is the price, and it’s worth every bit.
